So the 130 million that is talked about is referring to royalty on all its sales of infringing products manufactured by others. I'm not sure how many different products are involved in that figure and assume it was significant and the number to be much higher today.

So the question is whether we want to try to prove infringement on all those products, or be satisfied with 42 million simply proving Kindle infringes? The choice seems obvious to me. The rest of the infringing products are still there.They do not go away. And successful litigation with these 13 will hopefully make it easier to sell licenses to the others.
