Well I'm sure you must be correct, and I certainly agree that they render any cross complaint against Moore as moot.

However, assuming that the charges against GreenArrays are the same as in DL's cross complaint in Brown V TPL (misappropriation of trade secrets anmong others) how does TPL dismiss GreeArrays entirely in one venue w/o dismissing Brown for exactly the same charge?
