The "delinquent interest" update to the agreement to me refers to delinquent interest owed to Moore. Now on its face that is a good thing. Hopefully the checks and balances are in place.

Was this changed for the benefit of CM only? This is all very strange, IMHO. Seems as there is more to it than meets the eye. Not sure what it is, but it sure sounds like CM is very very happy with the resolution. GL, ads
