I'm not convinced Moore/Greenarrays had massive leverage against Leckrone due to the non-compete assertion by Leckrone during the litigation. Once Leckrone involved Greenarrays I think Leckrone just decided to settle and accept pennies on the dollar he was owed because Greenarrays' operations and all the employees working for the company could have been jeopordized. What is an acceptable risk tolerance for the livlihood of Greenarrays? 10%, 20%, etc, when there are 15 to 30 people working for the company. A lot of responsibility to push forward risking Greenarrays, even if the risk is 1 in 5, or even 1 in 10.
