I know there's a mentality out there that with each PR, we should see an impact on the share price, and unless it would effect such, there's not reason for the PR. IMO, while it's certainly a good thing to see a positive impact on the PPS, the IMPORTANT thing about PR's is that they are consistent, and provide transparency.

The goal should be to consistently inform the market about what's happening with the company to build trust that the market can depend on the company to be transparent. The market will then decide if it's good news, bad news or just simply news. IMO, PTSC suffers in large part from a lack of trust due in large part to their inconsistent and largely opaque communication and corporate strategy.

While I'm not sure they had much of a choice considering the GreenArrays PR, IMO, it's a good thing that PTSC issued a PR informing its shareholders and the market in general that the Moore v TPL cases have been put to bed and did so in a fairly quick timeframe.

Hopscotching their way through news releases isn't helpful IMO, so I hope they'll be consistent in disclosing news about developments associated with the company's lifeblood source, the MMP.
