I do remember that there were questions raised by some of the ITC or J3 participants about "who are the right owners" of the MMP. Today's news should answer those questions for good!! IMHO, there are either settlement talks or a buy-out offer going on right now. Moore spent five years fighting this why would he suddenly cave in after finally getting the MMP validated/positive Markman? I just can't see anyone doing that unless they knew they were going to be well paid--one lump sum being the best possible way to be paid. I am very happy for him that he can use the MMP in his own material--he deserves it. He said that everyone was happy or all smiles--hope that the SH's get some of that happiness--we deserve it too!!
