Huh? The MMP is patents expire an a few years and after that it will be useless. all infringers who were put on notice will pay big time. we have a 6 yr look back period. this isn't about a "new tech" its about collecting from serial infringers who have been using our IP without paying for it. nice FUD attempt but not going to work. all imho kw
