What I am saying is that if TPL gave up control of commercializing the MMP for the sole purpose of being able to file BK and avoid paying Brown, then it was a slick move on Leckrone's part and I do not mean this in a nice way. If TPL had not renegotiated this agreement with PTSC and ultimately filed BK to avoid paying Brown then wouldn't the Master Agreement be voided? It seems obvious to me that our BoD and Leckrone did not want this to happen.

So...is it a good thing for PTSC, yes it is. Is it a good thing for Brown, I guess time will tell. I do wonder what Chuck Moore thinks about this arrangement between PTSC and TPL and how it might be influencing a settlement between TPL and Moore.
