I sent PTSC IR an email on when the shareholders meeting will be announced and this was their reply:

Dear XXXX,

We expect to announce the timing for the shareholder meeting soon. We are hoping that the later scheduling of the meeting will afford an opportunity for the further development of matters important to the business to occur
