I agree with you there is a lot of persuasive authority out there that the ITC judge will use to provide his Markman decision. I think the odds are in our favor. I interpreted Lambert's post as a possible example, not that it would happen. A lot of patience is being given, I'm hopeful for a logical, analytical reciprocated approach.
