As I indicated when I posted in response to Opty yesterday, as I expected, none of the Barco lawyers are listed as attendees on the Civil Hearing minutes. Their lawyers are Baker & McKenzie. As I usually do, I verified that before making the post. I find that more efficient and it protects me from drawing incorrect conclusions in posts and consequently misrepresenting the facts to readers here.

The lawyers at the hearing were from 4 different firms Cooley LLP, Agility, K&L Gates, and Kirby Noone Lance & Hoge.
