When do BOD options get priced?

Does anyone know when the price gets set for options for the BOD for 2013? I thought it was around fiscal year end or about April.

Releasing a blockbuster PR prior to options pricing would probably mess up cheap options. We have been told that our BOD have our best interest at heart and they wouldn't do that to us, but sometimes I just have to wonder.
