...All the complaining about management, much of which is deserved by what they have done and not done, and the very bad decisions on spending profits, tends to mask and hide very important basic truths...

this is important, the above is focused at the past.

however, to me life happens today, and today as you pointed out:

..... they HAVE NOT heard any of this before, because we have never been where we are today. We are getting close to a court date, ( I do not feel we will see the inside of the California Courtroom) Then we have the ITC which could cause an explosive rise in our share price. We are rounding the final turn and we are headed to the finish line which is now actually in sight...

if you only walk down the memory lane, you may lose to capture the essence

I'm sure Bernie Madoff's legal team would have very muched loved to focus solely on the positives... while his duped investors.. not so much..
