well ron, i agree to disagree with you. as we both know your mindset is different to mine.

may be you know more about ptsc than the rest of us, may be you are so close, that one can consider you are almost part of the legal battles and therefore know all the facts about the intentions of the legal people of ptsc, tpl, judge grewal, bod, etc. , may be you are on spot with all the concrete legal issues.

BUT still all dealings of humans are just up to a max. of 20% based on facts, data, infos.

80% ist based on pre-conscious aspects like, personallity attributes (like ability to deal with conflicts, etc) , fears, doubts and misgivings as well as un-conscious aspects, like genetics.

the above are facts, you may find them in wikipedia under iceberg modell!

but sure, may be you are not matching with this general human classification and you are one of the few that is able to deal with people ony based on facts, but no emotion, no anger, no frustration has impact in your decisions!?

so, if one is only looking at the past, may be he will lose the view for the essentials of today.

imo and ptsc looks better than ever today, markman2 (ware)/3 (grewal), barco settlement, sierra settlement, itc comming.

quietness today is a fact, as well fact is, it generates insecurity, this is used by people to generate fear, and so on and so on.....btw. i invested years ago in ptsc as a project, not in a normal business.

now we are closer than ever that the project will have a product mmp ready for "free of doubt" sale to the world.

i am confident that i will gain a lot by beeing positiv and having a positiv view into the future.
