I wonder what they could be waiting for?It would seem that additional licenses or settlements are not it. Nothing much to talk about at the ASM until after the next Qtrly and that is quite a ways off. Might they be thinking of putting it off for that long or is it something likely to take place near term?

Does anyone know if there is a requirement to have it within a certain time frame?
