Question for PTSC IR on Number of Shareholders

A couple days back I recall seeing a discussion on this board regarding the number of shareholders. I was curious so sent an email to PTSC IR.

This was their response:

Dear XXXX,

The number is significant, although not completely determinable because certain shares are held in street name in OBO designated accounts. If this impacts a related matter for you as a shareholder that we can be of assistance with please further advise.
