Not what I completely wrote because I said a BP is useless "until the Jury has decided."
Anyway, let's give it a try how the company should develop and communicate a plan.
First thing is: "one" plan or "several" plans?
I guess it must be several, simply because no one knows the outcome of a trial.
Ok, here we go:
Plan A: "In case we win the trial in all issues and are awarded three digits million sums we distribute a dividend of 5 Cent over the next five years."
Plan B: "In case we win the trial in some issues and loose others we start another round with other infringers."
Plan C: "In case we loose the trial we'll try to sell the MMP to the young North Korean Emperor - he's opening the north korean market for western companies."
