When can we expect the next 10Q?

The last 10Q was back in Oct/2012. Does this mean share holders can expect a communique and 10Q this comming week?

Being new to this stock and this board, just within the last 30 days - I have found the lack of company side communication fustrating to say the least.

I am glad to have all of your posting here to help me understand this equity. It seams to be the only and best source of information.
