I'm not so sure that Leky is controlling the licensing anymore. Nowhere in the Brown litigation do I see anything that ends the agreement to which both sides need to sign off on. Hence Lecky owes Brown 3.5% on the total license amount (not just his half) unless some entity other than TPL is the licensor. It would appear that under the new TPL/PTSC/Alliacense agreement that PDS is the licensor not TPL. The Sierra Wireless license was between PDS and SW. Who controls PDS at the present time is not clear, but obviously Lecky would wield less power within PDS as opposed to TPL.
