There is an interesting article based on the opinion of the DOJ ans US patent Office. It tells/asks patent holders to stop seeking product bans.

In the joint statement they say "...companies should only be entitled to modest monetary compensation if others use their standard essential patents"

Well we have certainly been complying with that for a few years now.
