If/when you have the time could you comment on whether we need to ask for SJ on all the 336 claims at issue (and there are many) or is it sufficient to document just one of those claims to obtain SJ of the 336 patent? In other words, in a SJ, does it matter whether the party infringes on just one claim or do we need to prove infringement of every single claim at issue? Obviously the work involved in doing the latter would be a huge undertaking both for us and the court. And if the motion is on multiple claims do we need to succeed on all of them to obtain SJ?
