I think I read Chet Brown is entitled to 3.5% of gross proceeds before PTSC is entitled to their share. Did I read that correctly? I'm not sure if Chet Brown gets paid first then we get paid? I thought PTSC and TPL split proceeds and then TPL pays its obligations with their share, including Moore, Brown, etc ... 3.5% is a decent amount and I would be a little disappointed that PTSC does not get their share first considering without PTSC there really isn't a licensing program.
