It appears HTC is preparing their exit strategy and trying to leave the stage gracefully...

Question: Can /Will TPL extract a "Premium" license for dropping BOTH the NDoC case and the ITC cases, OR will TPL be willing and able to drive the ITC case forward as a separate case alltogether??.....Obviously, HTC will request both cases be dropped. However, it's all about Leverage. IMO, TPL has maximum leverage right now. How will they use it??
