why is it bad that tpl doesnt get to drag things out longer??

Personally, at this point in time, I don't see 2 months as dragging things out.. Secondly and more importantly imo I would have prefered for DL to be able to put all his and his legal team's efforts into the ITC litigation at that point, and nailing that effort smack on the head... as opposed to having to split up his legal team or bring in some additional firm that will have to be brought up to speed on the intracacies of the patents and hopefully do as thorough a job arguing the critical points as DL's original attorneys would have..

This is critical mass stage.. and sometimes, as much as I try to not let it happen, my mind wonders back to Beatie & Olsen.. I throw up a little.. then force it back outta my mind..
