Because they can... and because they can do so profitably for the time being.

They are not making great sums of money but 10-20% interest every few days if timed right on a few 100k shares is not a bad weekly wage.

Institutional investment and dividends when and/or if either occurs and their time at the helm ends.

My opinion others may (likley) have different views
