The requirement is about marking with the patent numbers, not any logo. Read the license. This is done to give notice to other possible infringers, and it is done for legal reasons. Patriot won't fight this because they put everyone on notice directly with letters or emails, so they don't really need Sierra (or anyone) to mark their products.
