I recall the days when Patriot settled for a one time fee. They were nice amounts and served to help fill the coffer for the probable extended battle that we've gone through since the first two license sales. I also remember Patriot wanting a revenue stream but everything they bought seemed like a collossal dud. We now have a revenue stream with Sierra and I don't think anyone is going to get a 'deep cut' license any longer. The stream is a trickle right now but the horizon has plenty of snow in the mountains to have this stream building like the Colorado River. I'm eagerly waiting to ride the rapids.
