People over-reacted IMO.

We asked for the continuance, for the reasons stated by our attorney. (conflict of time)

The T2 showed there hand by asking the court to revisit the Markman issues.

Our side will be working on the ITC case which involves even more accused infringers.

Success with the ITC puts even more pressure on the T2.

We should be moving up on these positives, not down.

I was looking for significant price appreciation by year end - we should still get some.

What will our side do if the judge denies continuance? Hire another firm to assist?
