Ron, why would it take 3 months, when the Judge can probably do this within a week or shorter.......

Yes i realize that he has a busy schedule.....

Is the delay of about 3 months, so that it looks like he is actually doing something, when in fact we all know that his mind is made up and his decision is final....Or is he obligated to tweek his finding to save face.....

He knows the past history of the 336 so would this delay be - just playing the game......
