So is the long awaited PR now a moot point?

As I understand it, the claim construction which we have is informative but not actionable with respect to court proceedings until it is made "final." Until we get to that point, we probably keep a low profile and I would want them to.

We seem to be getting the info we need via pacer, so I'm not sure what more can be added at this point. We know the current status.
