I agree... This is setting up.. Would I have liked J Grewal to have forgone the CC Ruling and just issued a MSJ in our favor.. sure... but the CC is still what it is.. a 99% victory for us.. Now, when J Grewal tells T2 to stick their Motion to Reopen the latest CC I'll be even happier.. I see this as TPL attempting to set the table to such a degree that HTC & Acer will have no chance at victory in a Court of Law... then DL, I hope, begins to turn the screws... Settlement.. nah.. We'd like to go to trial.. treble damages.. If T2 beg for a settlement make them pay thru the nose.. and release the numbers in a strongly worded PR... After all these guys brought us to court.. not the other way around. They derseve no quarter.

Yes, we wait a bit longer... but it does not deter from the position we are begining to strongly construct.. I believe DL is very confident going into the ITC litigation this summer..
