It is not the ruling, short form - which we have, nor the long form... In order to get this transcrpt a specific form needs to be filed, and then one must decide how soon they want it.. next day I believe is $6+/page... for an entire 4 hr proceeding.. my guess is you're looking at possibly 100+ pages (at least that was the examples they used on the form). I had one partially filled out when the first Pacer notice was filed until I realized this wasn't the ruling but just the transcript... and while it would be interesting to read thru, would not tell us any more than we already know... and at $600+.. it wouldn't be that interesting...
