I expect to see the PR this afternoon. The released Markman results should constitute a Material Event, which must be reported within four business days per SEC reg. Today is day four after the Judge's PACER last Wednesday.

Keep in mind that PTSC has to come to agreement with TPL/Alliacense as to PR content. No doubt there is haggling over language, and no doubt (IMO) that the haggling will continue until the last minute. That puts us at this afternoon.

JMHO: PR and accompanying 8-K this afternoon.
