beantown - The consenus is we won. There is still some question about the DMA/CPU issue, as Judge Grewel apparently used the exact same terminology to explain this as Judge Ware did, but in the overall scheme of things it looks as though the 336 is a solid patent and all issues have now been resolved in our favor. This is all IMO however. Corrections welcome.
