I guess what I am asking if someone with a real understanding of the Judges "construction" could come forth and let me/us know what it means.

I cannot say how grateful I am to my fellow investors in PTSC for sharing their Pacers with me both here and privately but I am now just as confused.

Please it would be a way for you to earn your salary today. Yes, I know I am being sarcastic but you know how I feel about your position in my company and I said mine as you do not own a single share so please let us know.
