We MUST not settle at least one case to get a judgment of infringement !

All the settlements mean nothing; maybe , just maybe we now have the hope of

"judgment of infringement" !

Without such, all we will ever see are settlement's that will amount to nothing more than funds to support Lecky and our BOD's hefty pay checks.
