They did not dispute the patents…. Their claim was that their design was so different that it did not apply.. so…. I think the markman may have been key for them… …. So my guess is both sides may have been able to gauge how it was moving…. So if PTSC could see it was moving in Barco’s way the settlement will be small…. If Barco could see it was moving in the other direction I assume it would be larger….. so how large??? What has it cost TPL/ Allecense for this court battle of Barco….My guess is the settlement will not be above 10 million… Barco is smaller… TPL has advantages to not fighting too many different companies…. So we wait may take another 4 months till we see the quarterly numbers…. It will also be nice to see if we have increases from the two latest companies…

Note if Barco is a small settlementit does not mean that we will not have a good case against the others,,,,,,
