I seriously doubt much new interest is in todays action,it's far more likely that buy side volume is from readers of this and other message boards who are already Shareholders and using the last of their reserves to add on this news which they feel might be some indication or weight for the direction of the Ruling.

Sellers are using the news to finally climb out of the stock at year end, and they are hedging their consideration with what could happen to the price should the Ruling go against us.

If you want this price to stick, we need more buyers.. there is too much inventory for sale.
