It should make no difference as to the size of the co. whether they pr this settlement or not. The fact that we have been in litigation with them foreverrrrrr now is important enough to the loyal shareholder's to pr the news, IMHO. Cliff may not think so, but, I would think that Gloria would agree. At anyrate, they caved at the verrry last minute :). GL, ads
