Can we please STOP using the word leadership with respect to PTSC's BOD?

"Like their long history of faulty business decisions, the Leadership of this company is usually too late and too slow to make impacts which lead to increasing Shareholder value."

The BOD is a trailership. Only Leckrone Sr is (and I choke on this) a leader - but then only in the sense of determining the path, certainly not in the sense of a "leader of men (and women)".

Carlton Johnson follows wherever Leckrone Sr takes him, like a dependent puppy.
Flowers and Felcyn follow Johnson by simply sniffing the trail (I'm being polite) he leaves behind. PTSC shareholders hold a share in whatever the puppies leave behind after swallowing PTSC income.

It's that simple.

BY THE WAY.... let's not forget that what Carlton Johnson snags from PTSC for BOD duties and positions (plus his offensive PDS stipend) is less than half of what he probably pulls down in toto from his senior position with Eric Swartz as well as his BOD positions at Peregrine et alia.

So if you were thinking he's overpaid for PTSC work, bear in in mind he's also only a part-timer for that pay.
