We'll have to wait and see what transpires, who builds what for whom, upstream vs downstream, engineering vs distribution ... but Qualcom is being dragged into the case via document requests from our side, which we apparently believe will support our accusations against infringers in the current ITC action.

Regardless, it's leverage, expanding leverage being applied; and that's a good thing ... could be a very good thing.
