The items specified in the complaint are not all the same type of electronic gizmo. Yet there is infringement similarity with respect to the diverse infringing products. How they all infringe is the same in each case.
Such infringement similarity surely extends into each company's electronics product lines beyond the one item looked at. IMO, it should not require a great deal of USITC investigation to determine that the infringing similarity exists for other products that contain the same basic stuff and works in the exact same way.
But I do not know the procedure that would be followed to add those items. If anyone does, it would be helpful to understand what it is.
