The following statement is made in the complaint with respect to each of the exemplary infringing devices.

dependent claims '7, 9, l4 and l5 of the ’336 Patent to the exemplary Acer infringing product, along with the attachments referenced therein, are attached as Exhibit 4. Further discovery may reveal that additional claims of the Asserted Patent are infiinged by this accused product and that other Acer products infringe the Asserted Patent. >

IMO, the requested ban would apply to all devices found to be infringing, not just the one specified in the complaint.
