PTSC was dead in the water, when TPL offered their joint venture. PTSC was down to only thousands of dollars to operate on. They could not afford to fight Moore/TPL in court over ownership of several patents, anymore.

Before the JV offer, TPL offered to buy the patents, outright, unsuccessfully. They've had the goal to own these patents all along. It seems the present goal would be burn through what ever cash is available, and to take PTSCs' share price down low enough to either BK us, or to make a cheap hostile take-over, and remain private.

I've been waiting for this since the JV announcement. Knew it was bad...but the other choice was death.

Could be what Gloria eluded to, saying you've missed your chance to make any money.
