i like your realistic view of the past.

I've been waiting for this since the JV announcement. Knew it was bad...but the other choice was death.

yesterday, when i got invested, i thought ptsc is a normal company, can be evaluated like a normal company. the deals with amd and intel, hp and fujitsu and the dividends supported.

today i am here, still invested in ptsc, to await the outcome of a project, the outcome of this wagering contract. a bet on patent law and commercial appreciation that today looks much better than years ago.

but it is as well a reminder, you can not secure every single bit on paper, on contracts if win-win for all is the wanted result. it requires on top, faith and trust in each individual person representing the interests of the various parties to a contract.

i dont have faith in the leckrone´s, neither in the infringing industry, nor in the majority of the posters on forums.

especially when no transparency exists and only a few facts of all theese pending lawsuits are known, and self-proclaimed experts "generously" offer or are asked on purpose in order to generate a "wanted" sentiment.

this lack of transparency to me is usual in a commercial war, and this commercial fight with various parties is the project that is done, when lawsuits are done and settlement is made.

from this point onwards, and only after the outcome of the various litigations ptsc can, and will have to prove its existance as a company.

up to that point i strongly belief in a positive result.
