After a verdict and 3 to 4 months of appeals (under bond we get the bond money), we can ask any amount we want for a settlement and we don't have to settle unless we get what we want. They will lose a lot of sales and prestige

In a district court jury trial we might get an award plus willfulness ... triple damages... and legal expenses. They also save about 6 million in legal expenses. So a six million award could cost them 30 million (18 +6+6 =30 million). $ 6 million is a low figure.

If the ban goes through, they will lose a lot in sales and prestige. They probably will pay at least what they would gain in profits if there is no sales ban.
