Logically and intuitively, that SHOULD be true. However, it's NOT NECESSARILY true as I indicated in a previous post. Should UTC turn out to be a multi-portfolio licensee for TPL, the informer's point could well be true, in that TPL signed these guys to get money to keep the lights on and fees due them covered, because they proved the most lucrative target to get money for their other portfolios as well. I'm not saying that's the case, but that's the possibility based on the historical actions of TPL and the possible nuances of the agreements in play.
