Hi Fred,

I was curious if the new legal team will be following the same pattern as Duane Morris in that they took each round of lawsuits to completion before filing the next round of legal action.

Is that how they plan to proceed or might they announce a second round of lawsuits prior to completion of the previous round?

Dean,

Due to somewhat recent changes in the patent litigation rules, you can no longer group defendants as we did in the first and second rounds. They all have to be sued separately. As a result, you really don't end up with "rounds". This means that we can go after other defendants when the legal team is ready to do so.
