Unless they are forced to dismiss the case on a legal technicality we will probably win. If the case is dismissed the lawyers responsible for the oversight should be sued for a billion. My blood boils when I think about it. How could ANYONE be so callous, so unorganized, and so inefficient that they would forget to file the necessary paperwork with the ITC? Boggles my mind.
