Until I see something from the company this is just a nice mental excercise. The track record and dynamic goal posts come to mind and I know some have qualified their estimates with such disclaimers. Prospective shareholders need something to sink their teeth into. I am not opposed to the world knowing about TPL's sorted past, and hopefully it is truly in the past.
